Group/Team Strength & Conditioning

Our small group or team strength and conditioining sessions are a great way of achieving your health and fitness goals, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete.

Our small group sessions of up to three people per session can be an affordable alternative for one-to-one training, whilst maintaining the opportunity to socialise.

Additionally, we offer strength and conditioning sessions to local sports teams of all ages. We aim to develop strong health and fitness habits, build a good foundation of technique and movement patterns that are key to success within sport.
