1000m Run

This will be completed on a treadmill at a 2% Incline.

50 Burpee Broad Jumps

The participant's chest must hit the floor on each rep, and each jump must cover a minimum distance of 90cm.

100 Stationary Lunges

Lunges must alternate and the participant's back knee must hit the floor for each repetition, and then must fully extend to complete the rep.

1000m Row

The dampener setting can be changed as many times throughout the workout as the participant deems necessary.

30 Push-Ups

These must be 'hand-release' Push-Ups, ensuring to leave the ground on each repetition.

100 Wall Balls

The participant must squat to be parallel with the floor, and then the ball must reach the target on every repetition.
